We know that all the wedding planning can get just a little overwhelming. So why not leave your wedding catering up to us? This will free up a large part of your planning, leaving you more time to find the perfect flowers or dress for your big day.
Our wedding catering packages can handle any size wedding party and are completely customisable. You can choose from a large variety of different hot dishes, seafood platters, spit-roasted meats, salads and desserts. Your wedding meal will also come with your choice of rolls or french bread.
To help make it a little easier for you we also offer a no hassle online booking. Simply make your menu selections online, provide details on your preferences, from date and times to the setup. At Southern Spit Roast and BBQ Catering we organise your wedding catering and we can provide the serving staff along with crockery and cutlery, buffet tables and linen tablecloths. Our expert staff will help set up table decorations, serve your main table and then afterwards clean up in the most discreet manner possible.

We would just like to say a huge thanks to Southern Spit BBQ for your wonderful catering at our son’s wedding last Saturday 21 March 2017.
Nothing was a problem to you , driving to Morrinsville to our farm , driving your van into the paddock to the shed (wedding venue), asking for nothing as you were all self-sufficient which made it so easy for us not having to
provide a kitchen for you to work out of or even the fact that you didn’t need power. Huge thanks to your two wonderful workers Carol and Shania who just set up quietly and efficiently, nothing was a problem to them.
They were so friendly and courteous and always had a smile on their face. The clean up just seemed to happen and they packed all the leftovers up for us to keep plus we had no dirty dishes to wash. And lastly, the food. Well, that was awesome, we had so many comments on it. It impressed our overseas guests and just hit the right spot for all the farming quests, plus a great selection for the young ones.
So once again a huge thank you from all of us.
